Only hand-approved members appear, and signing in never adds you to it. The map stays curated rather than inflated.

Sign in with X and you see a synthetic node for yourself and your mutual edges into the roster. Nobody else ever sees it.

Snapshots are baked, not queried
An admin bakes the graph into a single artifact, so the public page never depends on live auth or a database being up.

Costs are bounded by design
Per-user daily limits on the AI guide and a global monthly API ceiling, so a launch spike can't run up a bill.
