The houses, residencies and labs that make this city work are spread across private WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. If you just moved here, or you're trying to find your people, there is no front door. I built one over a weekend and have kept adding to it since: a curated map of where the scene happens, and a graph of who is in it.

Decisions worth naming
The public graph is a closed world
Only hand-approved members are public nodes. Signing in never adds you to it, so the map stays curated rather than inflated.
Your placement is private
Sign in with X and you see a synthetic node for yourself and your mutual edges into the roster. Nobody else ever sees it.
Snapshots are baked, not queried
An admin bakes the graph into a single artifact, so the public page stays fast and never depends on live auth or a database being up.
Costs are bounded by design
Per-user daily limits on AI guide requests and a global monthly ceiling on the X API, so a launch spike can't run up a bill.
